Mark is a native New Yorker, currently serving as a Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Distribution at INSP, LLC, a top 10 Nielsen ranked US Cable TV network. In addition, Mark serves as a head of INSP’s Imagicomm Entertainment, an original film studio distribution arm for INSP Films. Prior to INSP, he served as a Senior Vice President at Sportsman Channel, and Vice President at Court TV, which is now know as Warner Media Discovery’s TruTV.
Between his TV careers, Mark served as a talent agent, specializing in Grammy & Tony-Award winning artists including Wu Tang Clan, Naughty by Nature, Lil’ Kim, original cast members of Jersey Boys.
Previous to media, Mark had a career as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley, then served as a Risk Arbitrageur at Tiedemann Investment Group, with over $1 billion under management.
Previous to the finance, Mark work for various fashion organizations including David Yurman, Ralph Lauren and Abercrombie and Fitch.
He served as a vice-chair on the national board of NAMIC for diversity, as a director at large for NYC WICT Chapter and was appointed to the advisory board of the Cable Center Hall of Fame.
Mark attended Bronx HS of Science in NYC and received his BA from Wheaton College in Illinois. Mark was born in Seoul, Korea, and lives with his family in Brooklyn, NY.

Jay Kim is the current Senior Vice President of Finance at Paramount Pictures.
He spent the early years of his life in Seoul, and at the age of 7, moved to Pittsburgh and later New York City, with his parents and younger sister. After earning a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University, Jay headed to the West Coast to earn his MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.
With a clear-cut focus on entertainment, Jay served as an intern at Disney. The following year, he accepted a full-time offer at the Paramount Pictures television group. After one year, Jay made the shift to motion picture finance, in which he currently works. He oversees the film ultimates for Paramount Pictures’ upcoming slates, current releases, and library titles. In addition, for the past few years, Jay began overseeing the company’s and studio’s overhead budgets.
Jay lent his early support to organizations including APEX (Asian Professional Exchange), East West Players, and the San Diego Asian Film Festival. Complementing the good fortune in his professional life, Jay has worked with charities like Cystic Fibrosis and Heal the Bay.
He credits his wife, daughters, and friends for their support. Jay is proud to be a co-founder of KALH, and he would like to thank the Korean American community for their ongoing interest in the culture and arts.
Esther Kang is the Head of Business and Legal Affairs at Avalon, a multi-award winning talent management, television production and live promotion group with offices in Los Angeles, New York and London. In her role, she oversees all US deals and legal matters for the company and its slate of television projects. Prior to Avalon, Esther was the Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Lionsgate where she was responsible for financing, joint venture, M&A and other corporate matters for the global studio. She got her start as a lawyer at various prominent law firms, representing studios, production, financiers and networks across various entertainment matters. A Korean-American born and raised in Los Angeles, Esther graduated from UCLA and holds JD from USC Law.

Kymber Lim founded MAJYK Studios with the purpose of developing and producing diverse content to dismantle cultural barriers in media. Prior to MAJYK, Kim consulted for Netflix International Originals, managing projects in Asia, and is an Emmy award-winning visual effects producer, with an extensive productions background, having worked with all the major studios and streamers, as well as major brands and branded content.
Lim assisted influential producers and directors including Lorenzo DiBonaventura, Michael Bay, Gore Verbinski, Joe Kosinski, Steven DeKnight, and Bong Joon-ho in the visual development of their projects; she also consulted and produced for brands such as Coca Cola, Monster Energy, Ogio, Marriott, Harlem Globetrotters, Trip Advisor, Microsoft, Starz, Paramount, IMAX, Disney, Digital Domain, Bento Box Entertainment, and many other Asian and domestic studios & production companies.
Lim is a member of prestigious groups including The Producer’s Guild, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and is the Founder and Chair of KALH (Korean American Leaders in Entertainment), a non-profit with the mission to uphold other Asian Americans in entertainment. She continues to work with the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) and the Overseas Koreans Foundation.
As President of Distribution & Partnerships for “SpinCo”, the yet-to-be-named Comcast NBC Universal entity that will house Comcast’s cable network portfolio (USA Network, MSNBC, CNBC, Oxygen, Syfy, E!, Golf Channel) as well as digital assets Rotten Tomatoes, Fandango, GolfNow and SportsEngine, Roy and his team manage relationships, negotiate agreements and strike partnerships with traditional and streaming distribution platforms and partners. Roy and his team also pursue partnership and business development opportunities with tech, media and consumer partners.
Prior to joining SpinCo, Roy was EVP of Distribution & Business Development at AMC Networks where he worked for 9 years. Before AMC, Roy worked as a corporate M&A and private equity attorney in the New York offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP. While on leave of absence from Kirkland & Ellis, Roy won the primary and earned the nomination for U.S. Congress in New Jersey’s 5th Congressional District with 90.4% of the vote. During his campaign, he raised $1.3 million, earned the newspaper endorsements of New Jersey’s largest newspapers and received 43% of the vote in the general election.
Roy earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where he was the Editor in Chief of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. While studying at Georgetown Law as an evening student, he served as Correspondence Director to U.S. Senator Byron L. Dorgan. Prior to law school, he worked as an Aide to the Governor of New Jersey and as Special Assistant to the Deputy Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Roy earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Brown University, where he graduated with honors.
Roy currently serves on the boards of the T. Howard Foundation, the WICT Network, CTAM as well as the Community Advisory Board of NJ PBS.

Ted is an avid traveler and enjoys collecting unique items, including his extensive hip-hop memorabilia like the illustrious “Rap Snacks” collection and rap action figures. He is also the proud owner of the rare Datsun 220z T-Top.
Gloria Lee is the Client Relations Partner at Rutan & Tucker, one of California’s largest full service law firms, where she represents several retail, hospitality, entertainment and media companies. She is also the Co-Founder of biotech company Kwell Laboratories and Venture Partner at Ethos Fund, a venture capital firm investing in early stage tech companies in the US, Korea and Southeast Asia. She serves on the public company board of Hanmi Bank and several non-profit boards. Most recently, she served six years on the national board of Council of Korean Americans where she led their Arts, Culture, Entertainment and Sports (ACES) committee.
Gloria is a proud mother of two teenage boys and is a graduate of Stanford University where she graduated with two BAs and a MA in four years while playing for their 3x national champion badminton team.
Dave Park is the founder of Alpha Park Capital and an experienced investor whose career includes roles at Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Maverick Capital, AEW Capital Management, Rockwood Capital, and Tiger Asia/Archegos Capital, where he served as a Managing Director. His investment expertise spans public and private equities and real estate across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Raised in Michigan with few Asian American role models especially in media, Dave is committed to advancing representation in entertainment. He trained in acting at The Barrow Group in New York City and has worked as a background actor in multiple television and film productions. He also served as an Associate Producer for the feature film Seoul Searching.
Dave serves on the public company board of Gen Korean BBQ and remains dedicated to supporting greater inclusion and visibility for Asian Americans in the media industry.
Sarah has acted as both a talent manager and producer at 3 Arts Entertainment for the past 11 years, whereby she represents acclaimed actors, along with writers and directors. Prior to her start at 3 Arts, she advanced her career at CAA, and was an agent at the Osbrink Agency and The Gersh Agency, for nearly a decade.
Edwin Chung is Vice President of Comedy Development at 20th Century Television Studios, where he oversees the development of half-hour series for both broadcast and streaming and serves as the executive in charge of the upcoming reimagining of The Wonder Years with Lee Daniels and the Modern Family spinoff, among other projects. He was previously Senior Vice President at Legendary Television, where Chung built and oversaw the studio’s current series department, working on such shows as Love and Lost in Space for Netflix, Colony for USA, Carnival Row for Amazon, and Looming Tower for Hulu. Beginning his career at NBC, Chung worked his way up the ranks at both the studio and network, ultimately serving as SVP, Comedy Programming, and Current Primetime Series, developing The Office and in charge of the creative production of shows like 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights, Community, Chuck, Scrubs, My Name is Earl, Up All Night, and Hannibal. Chung was named one of the top 35 entertainment industry executives under the age of 35 by The Hollywood Reporter. He served in the internship program at Barry Levinson’s company and began his career as a business planner in Touchstone/Walt Disney Pictures’ Development Finance and Planning group. Born and raised outside of Chicago, IL, Chung graduated with honors from Stanford University.

Here, as an innovative marketing professional with 20+ years experience, she runs the brand partnership business at the intersection of brand marketing and entertainment culture. Her expertise includes development and execution of integrated marketing programs, which she leads with strategic insight, influencing Social Media, Digital Television, Motion Picture, Music, Fashion, Sports, and CSR across the Hollywood landscape. Eric Kim is Executive Vice President, Current Programs, CBS, where he is responsible for overseeing the combined department that supports current programming for both CBS Entertainment and CBS Television Studios. In addition, he has oversight of CBS Daytime, the Network’s top-rated lineup in that daypart.
In his position, Kim oversees creative affairs for all scripted series broadcast on CBS; for Studio shows produced for other broadcast networks; and for daytime’s game shows and dramas, as well as Saturday morning’s lineup for CBS Dream Team. He reports to David Stapf, President, CBS Television Studios, and Amy Reisenbach, President, CBS Entertainment.
Kim was Senior Vice President of Current Programs at CBS from July 2014 through December 2022. Prior to joining CBS, Kim worked in Live Action Series for Nickelodeon and Teen Nick. Kim was also Vice President of Current Programming at the CW and part of the creative team that launched the new network when UPN and The WB networks merged.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, Kim got his start in the entertainment industry working for director Jonathan Demme on the film “Philadelphia” and followed Demme to his production company in New York. Kim currently sits on the board of Colour Entertainment, a non-profit organization of diverse executives in the media landscape, as well as a Board Member of non-profit Korean American Leaders in Hollywood (KALH).
